HASSA has always been keen in hearing from talented and experienced architects, engineers and Part I and II candidates with all levels of experience, who are interested in working for a practice with strong design ethos and progressive approach for solving complex issues.

HASSA is a chartered practice that provides the opportunity for its employees the freedom to be creative and everyone’s contribution is valued. Staff are encouraged to see beyond their projects and to participate in a range of opportunities, including regular project reviews, cross project-team crits and stage valuations.

The practice focus on providing a range of technical and practical support to all its employees, with an established and accredited mentoring scheme that helps  RIBA PEDR requirements for Part I or Part II students, as well as study leave, regular CPD programs, lectures and site visits design to help to widen the staff experience and knowledge.
